Fysiko Eyelash Growing Serum Review
Fysiko sent the GimmieGirls each a tube of eye-lash growing serum to review and tell you about. The directions suggest that you should apply to the base of your eyelashes twice a day for 16 weeks.
Laurie: FYSIKO ( pronounced [fi-zi-ko’]) is “natural” in Greek language.
I have been using Fysiko Eyelash Growing Serum for approximately 16 weeks. I started and took my “before” pictures on June 16, 2014. I took my “after” pictures on September 28, 2014. Their website and packaging say that it may take up to 16 weeks to see results.
In my case, for approximately the first 8 weeks, I was very consistent with applying the Fysiko serum to the base of my eyelashes in the morning and evening. The last 8 weeks have been somewhat less consistent. I do try and use it once a day, but also forget on some days. I’m sure that has probably affected my results, so wanted to be sure and mention that.
I have always had very light, thin, short eyelashes. I rarely wear eye makeup, in part because I don’t like the way it feels on me…. I’ve tried a variety of brands and styles of mascara and still don’t like the way it feels.
I was pretty skeptical about Fysiko Eyelash Growing Serum, but figured I would give it a chance. It is easy to apply, similar to eyeliner… at the base of your eyelashes. I have to say that I’m pretty amazed. Not that my eyelashes are now long and glamorous… but, there is a significant improvement to them. My eyelashes are noticeably thicker, darker and longer. Check out the pictures. Wow! Apparently you can use it to improve the growth of your eyebrows as well.
I did a bit of research on Fysiko serum. Their website says that it has been clinically proven to be safe and effective. It has not approved by the FDA (at least not yet). It also is fairly expensive in my opinion… I found prices ranging from $90 to $139 for an 8 ml bottle that should last for 6 to 8 months. Their FAQ webpage says to maintain your eyelashes you should continue to use the product 2-3 times weekly.
So, to summarize… I have seen noticeable results after using Fysiko Eyelash Growing Serum for 16 weeks. It is on the expensive side in my opinion, but if you’re willing to pay for it, you will likely see good results. I know I did.
Wendy: Pictured above is my results using Fysiko Eyelash serum. I would say there’s very little change, but to be fair I didn’t use it nearly as much as they suggest. I never remember to put it on, and when I do I kind of cringe a little – wondering if it will go in my eye or cause any bad effects. It didn’t irritate my eyes at all, but I was still a little hesitant. I’d say I used it maybe 10% of how much they said to, and therefore it’s not really fair to say it didn’t work.
I don’t usually wear makeup unless I’m going somewhere special. Being blonde, I don’t have much in the way of eyebrows or eyelashes.
I just don’t think the type of product is for me. If you want longer, thicker eyelashes and are willing to spend the money, you will probably love Fysiko.
Heather: I was sent Fysiko Eyelash Growing Serum to try, and share my results. Up until being offered the review, I had no idea you could even get an Eyelash Growth product without a prescription. And, I never looked much further than the initial ads I would see in magazines, and on websites knowing I certainly could not afford such!
Fysiko though is affordable for those willing to splurge a bit to see some results!
My eyelashes are not considered *long*, but they have always been full enough that my mascara keeps me satisfied with what I have. My eyes are my one feature I like to play up, and mascara is part of my beauty routine.
You have to use Fysiko daily for quite some time to see results, so it takes some patience, and remebering to make it routine on your part. That was easy for me at first, then after the first month it was harder to remember. The last month was really just here-and-there. So my slight results probably are not typical, and certainly do not compare to the dramatic before and afters I have viewed on the company’s website, wow!
For those needing to improve their eyelash length, and fullness I say Fysiko is worth the price!
